If you know me at all, you know that I am quite disorganized and quite flighty. May I remind you that I use these terms in a POSITIVE light, however, I'm pretty sure that being associated with myself can get exhausting. Exhausting, yet oh so exciting! Remember that...
Today is a prime example. I met up with Lisa this afternoon in Salt Lake. We met up with old roommate and soon to be Lisa's new roommate, Beth, went and looked at their new house, got dinner, and laughed and laughed and laughed. It was a bittersweet day knowing that these types of days would happen less and less after December 22nd. Anyhow, the day ended and Lisa said, "Okay, so you have everything out of my car, right?" and I replied, "Of course! I had one small bag."
30 seconds after Lisa drives away, I realize my cell phone is MIA. By the time I tracked her parent's number and then hers down, she was an hour away from me. "Anne mistake" number one of the night.
Anne mistake number two: I go to then check my flight information and my 1:35p.m. flight that I was sceduled on magically turned into a 11:40 p.m. flight. After more investigation, we found that there were two different departure times for the same confirmation number. This disorganized status of my life is accompanied greatly by unfortunate luck. :)
As we speak, Lisa...and my friend Scott, are both awaiting patiently by their phones while I wait by my phone. in an attempt to figure out exactly what I am going to do.
Will I ever see my cell phone again? Probably.
Will I ever make it to New Jersey? Eventually.
Will I have a great story when all is said and done? Of course.
Will it be worth? ...
Merry Christmas everyone! I hope your holiday travels go out as planned, for all our sakes. I had a cool picture I wanted to post, but it was on my cell phone...
