I was aimlessly roaming around Logan grocery stores yesterday for a project I had to do in my Global Issues class. In my wandering, I stumbled upon these little things. They were Feta-hazelnut & butternut squash raviolis.
Sound weird? Yes.
Did I know how to prepare them? No.
Did I buy them anyways? Of course!
So, here was my dinner last night. I sauteed some red peppers and asparagus in olive oil and tossed it all together and put it all over some spinach leaves. I think it turned out pretty good.
Jane would be so proud.
